Scale Construction was founded in 2001 with a clear purpose: to provide dependable, high-quality construction services built on trust, expertise, and long-term relationships. What began as a family-owned company has grown into a full-service construction and real estate firm, serving clients through every stage of the building and development process.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Pablo Velasco and Giulianna Ferrigno, Scale Construction is rooted in a strong architectural and construction background. After completing their studies in architecture in Colombia and later establishing their careers in the United States, they brought with them a shared vision of thoughtful design, solid construction, and hands-on project leadership.

Pablo Velasco is the founder, owner, and general contractor of Scale Construction. With decades of experience in the construction industry and a background in architecture, Pablo brings a hands-on, detail-driven approach to every project. His leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of both design and construction, allowing him to guide projects from concept to completion with precision and confidence.

After studying architecture in Colombia and later establishing his career in the United States, Pablo set out to build a company that clients could rely on for more than just construction services. His vision was to create a firm that values quality, clear communication, and long-term relationships—principles that continue to define Scale Construction today.

As a licensed general contractor, Pablo is actively involved in overseeing projects, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring that every job meets high standards of workmanship and safety. His commitment to being present and accountable sets the tone for the entire company.

Working alongside his wife, Giulianna Ferrigno, whose architectural expertise supports the design and planning process, Pablo has built Scale Construction into a trusted, family-owned business.
